Team member Marie Birmingham along with help from fellow team members is forming a Juniors Program in Kingston, Jamaica, within the next 8 - 12 months. The program will be designed to target local youth from the ages of 10 to 16. Initially the game will be taught on existing squash courts while the team negotiates possible racquetball court construction. The team has several goals in mind:
 

• Negotiate the use of several squash facilities in the Greater Kingston area as well as facilitate one-wall training programs.
   
• Train a local coaching staff. Each coach will eventually manage their own team.
   
• Attract players from existing club membership and from nearby schools.
   
• Introduce the sport of racquetball to the Jamaican public through the enthusiasm and success of youth players as well as through local and international competition. We have already accepted inquiries from other Carribean teams to compete in Jamaica.
   
• Conduct monthly racquetball competitions between each of the local teams.
   
• Integrate top youth players onto Jamaica National Racquetball Team.

Juniors programs are already underway in the U.S. Edwards and Hanno have started ongoing programs and training sessions in Watertown, Syracuse, Cortland, and Auburn, NY.
